Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The rooms were amazing clean and secure, and the staff was incredibly helpful and respectful. One of the best experiences I've had in Paris. However, the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit iffy for strolling around with the family, so we preferred to explore other areas. The location was convenient with easy access to the Metro for exploring central Paris.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, perfect for two adults. It's kept impeccably clean and provides a lovely and comfy stay. The service was excellent; they even arranged a shuttle to drive us to the airport and went above and beyond with the best customer service I've ever experienced. The location is superb, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by small cafes and exclusive brands. The dining experience was good, although the coffee was from a machine. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were tiny but clean and pleasant, with excellent air conditioning and a great shower. The queen bed and playpen provided were perfect for our family of 3. The service was extremely nice and helpful, even though the staff didn't speak English or Spanish. They kindly carried our luggage from the 4th floor and were available for any questions. The location was quite good, close to public transportation and within walking distance of the city center. However, the proximity to noisy streets and poorly educated populations was a downside. Overall, a nice place near everything.
The hotel provides a clean and inviting stay, though more power outlets would be convenient. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The service is top-notch with attentive and friendly staff, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel had a great location with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket near the station. The rooms were spacious compared to other places we've stayed in Paris but felt small and congested for two people. The service was excellent, with the staff being very nice and explaining that my presented card was for verification only. The location offered easy subway access within a short walking distance but was a bit far from the major attractions. The dining options were varied, including French and choices suitable for English children, although a bit expensive for our liking. The facilities overall were good, though there were some service lapses and poor staff attendance at times.
I was pleasantly surprised by the great air conditioning and fantastic shower in the rooms, just as I had hoped. However, I wish there were more sockets available. The staff provided me with useful tips on navigating Paris and safety tips, and I enjoyed the tasty selection of cheese and dry fruits. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro station and bus stops for exploring the city. The dining experience was top-notch, offering some of the best food I've had in both Italy and France. Overall, I felt that the hotel offered good value for the price.
The hotel rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable, and the services are of fair quality. The staff is friendly and English-speaking, although the dining experience may not meet high expectations. The location is convenient, close to public transportation and main sights, but it might be noisy due to the surrounding streets. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, located on the top floor, were spacious enough for our comfort, although lacking a hairdryer. The service was mostly excellent, with the staff being very helpful and friendly, although I experienced some delays and missed service on one day. The hotel's location was convenient, near the metro and easy to access major tourist spots, but there were some issues with loiterers nearby. The dining options were good with a decent variety, although a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a decent choice with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers basic but clean and modern rooms with a double and 2 twin beds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful despite language barriers. The location is convenient for exploring different areas of Paris, with good metro access. The dining options are limited and slightly overpriced. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
The hotel rooms were spectacularly spacious and comfortable, with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket near the metro station. They are compact but clean, ideal for a trio stay. The service was very polite and helpful, with attentive staff, and they clarified the purpose of my presented card at check-in. The location is in a mixed residential neighborhood with all amenities close by, offering good access to the metro and major attractions, even though it felt slightly run down compared to touristy areas. Dining options were pleasant without disturbing others, at an extra cost of 12 EUR, in a central and clean environment.
The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to the metro and within walking distance to various attractions. The rooms are spacious and modern, but some issues with the front desk service were noted.
